Tori Grant is Event Operations Director at Informa Connect, overseeing global operations for 120 events annually with a team of 45 operations and customer service colleagues. She's spent her entire career in event operations—19 years at Informa alone—which makes her either deeply committed or possibly in need of a new hobby. A self-confessed spreadsheet enthusiast, Tori has moved from delivering events on the ground to developing the teams and strategies that will shape the future of operations. She's particularly interested in the uncomfortable questions about AI, talent pipelines, and why adding more people has stopped solving the problem.
