Silvia is the Director of Partnerships and Sustainability for the CPHI portfolio within Informa Markets – a division of Informa Plc. In this role Silvia oversees strategic partnerships for the global portfolio of pharmaceutical supply chain, packaging and drug delivery events, collaborating with associations, trade bodies alongside building sustainability strategy for the events, and helping the pharmaceutical industry adopt more sustainable practices. Silvia's work spans multiple areas: supporting the event portfolio, advancing sustainability in the the wider pharmaceutical industry, and promoting sustainability eductaion within the organsiation.
Silvia is also a founding member of the Women in Exhibitions Dutch Chapter and serves as Chief People Officer for Women in Exhibitions International – where the mission is to empower women in the events industry and nurture the next generation of female leaders within trade event businesses.
Additionally, Silvia is an EMCC accredited coach and mentor.
