She was most recently EMEA Connections & Senior Portfolio Director at Clarion Events, and previously held the position of Divisional MD at Hyve.
Nicola's expertise is in driving commercial growth and operational excellence, combining strategic insight, effective use of technology and data, and a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams. She sits on the board of Women in Exhibitions UK, the AEO development board, is part of the EN100 and sits on the council of Event Tech World.
