Nicola brings extensive experience across the global events industry, having led both B2B and B2C events of all sizes. At Clarion, she is responsible for the Technology Portfolio and driving the development of the Connections business across the EMEA business, harnessing technology and data to deliver growth. Previously, she was a consultant to the events industry, Divisional Managing Director at Hyve Group. Nicola also sits on the board of Women in Exhibitions UK. Her expertise lies in delivering commercial growth and operational excellence, underpinned by strategic insight, the effective use of technology, and a strong track record in building and nurturing high-performing teams.
