Luke Beisiegel is a Conference & Logistics Manager at CloserStill Media, with over five years of experience working in the events industry across the UK and internationally. His experience focuses on the operational and logistical delivery of large exhibitions & executive conferences.
Alongside his professional experience, Luke is a member of the AEO Futures Board, contributing to discussions around the future of the events industry and the development of its emerging talent.

Luke has a particular interest in diversity, equity and inclusion within the events sector. He previously chaired DMG Events’ DEI Committee and has spoken at industry events on topics relating to DEI and the importance of creating inclusive environments, alongside being a member of the AEO DEI Cross Association Focus Group.

His experience across event operations, logistics and international event delivery has also shaped his interest in how the industry identifies, develops and makes effective use of its diverse talent pool.
Luke continues to work within the events industry while contributing to wider conversations around talent, inclusion and the future development of the sector.
