With 13 years in search, his expertise spans technical SEO, conversion rate optimisation, site performance and data-led insight, all applied to the demands of live events.

Since joining ASP in 2022, Jon has focused on moving organisers from one-off launches to continuous improvement. His current focus is AI visibility: what tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity say about events, what can be measured for free, and how existing content can work harder.
