Helen Woodbridge has enjoyed 25 years’ experience in the events industry, with roles at UBM, Advanstar and more latterly at Easyfairs. In her position as Group Head of M&A Europe, Helen is responsible for both tactical and strategic M&A across Europe and has a strong track record in deal sourcing, negotiation, closing and integration.
