Frazer is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in events, exhibitions, trade associations and the media industry. Skilled in marketing management, negotiation, team leadership, business planning & budgeting, and sales training.

He has been board director in three companies and was Managing Director of FESPA - a leading international trade association in the print sector. He was one of three owners of FM Brooks which launched the highly successful EcoPrint and InPrint. In 2018 Frazer sold his shares in FM Brooks and with his long time business partner Marcus Timson set up FM Future for the next challenge.

FM Future is a Print community of over 10,000 members and specialises in helping print businesses connect via social media, Live and Virtual events and their online Digital Platform – FuturePrint.

Frazer is an excellent speaker on change management, launching new events , innovation and leadership. He regularly writes interesting and informative articles on Leadership and business trends.
