Chelsea Hoskin is Head of Operations at Farnborough International, where she leads the planning and delivery of major aerospace events, including the Farnborough International Airshow. She is responsible for event operations, logistics, transport, visitor experience, supplier management, and onsite delivery. With extensive experience delivering large-scale international events, Chelsea is passionate about combining operational excellence with innovation, data-led decision making and continuous improvement. She has played a key role in driving new operational processes and sustainability initiatives, helping to enhance both the exhibitor and visitor experience while ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful event delivery. She is a strong advocate for building future-ready teams that combine operational excellence with commercial awareness, innovation and strategic influence.
