The EN Indy Expo 2026 has been redesigned following consultation with the Indy Advisory Board, the event format has evolved to create a more valuable and engaging experience for attendees.

The result is a more focused experience built around practical insight, meaningful networking, and commercially valuable conversations for organisers looking to launch, scale, and grow their event portfolios.

Designed specifically for the independent exhibition sector, the event will bring together senior organisers, event leaders, suppliers, venues, and partners for a day centred around collaboration, innovation, and business growth.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The EN Indy Expo 2026 has been designed as a dedicated space for independent exhibition organisers to openly discuss the challenges, opportunities, and realities of launching and growing event businesses alongside like-minded industry peers.

The conference content and networking opportunities will also be highly relevant for private equity-backed organiser businesses and senior industry partners. However, complimentary registration has been reserved exclusively for qualifying independent organiser companies until 23:59 on 31 May 2026 to help preserve the event’s community-led and peer-to-peer environment.

To support this, registration has been separated into three attendee categories based on company type and profile. This allows EN Indy Expo to maintain a balanced and senior-level audience, create more relevant networking opportunities, and ensure the event experience remains valuable for organisers, suppliers, and venues attending.

Who is this for?

This registration option is available exclusively to independently owned exhibition organiser businesses.

Eligible attendees include founders, managing directors, portfolio directors, event directors, and senior leadership teams working within independent organiser companies.

PE-Backed Organisers

Who is this for?

This registration option is for exhibition organiser businesses that are private equity-backed, part of larger investment groups, or operating within larger organiser portfolios.

The conference content and networking opportunities will still be highly relevant for senior leaders within these businesses, including founders, managing directors, portfolio directors, event directors, and senior leadership teams.

Who is this for?

This registration option is for suppliers, venues, freelancers, agencies, contractors, technology providers, and service businesses working within the exhibition industry.

Supplier and venue attendance is intentionally limited to maintain a balanced and high-quality networking environment for organiser attendees.
