What is the Ops Leaders' Summit?

The pressures on exhibition operations have never been greater. Budgets are tighter, contractor costs are rising, and safety and sustainability face more scrutiny than ever, all while teams are asked to deliver more complex events with fewer resources. The challenges facing ops teams are growing, and they are growing fast.

Launched in 2025, the EN Ops Leaders' Summit was created to give senior operations professionals a dedicated space to meet those challenges head on. After a successful first year, the 2026 summit expanded to a full two-day event at Old Thorns Hotel, Hampshire, on 14-15 September. The move reflected both the appetite from the ops community and the breadth of conversation the industry needs to be having.

The expanded format gave attendees more time for peer-led discussion, a dedicated networking dinner, deeper conversations with solution providers, and the space to properly explore the issues shaping the discipline. Delegates left with new relationships, fresh perspectives and practical insight to take into the next event cycle.
