JOIN THE RISING STARS!

As a platform for the rising stars of the industry, the EN30 highlights outstanding achievement, and offers opportunities to learn the mechanics of the exhibition community from leading industry figures, as well as from their fellow alumni through the scheme.

Those who make it into the EN30 class of 2024 will be invited to an exclusive ceremony in February at International Confex, which is then followed by a 12-month programme of EN events and socials.

Before you submit your entry - make sure you have downloaded and read the contents of our free submission guide.

We write this every year to provide you with key points to cover in your submission, intel on what our judging panel are looking out for, and info on key dates etc.

To download yours simply follow the link below and fill in the form, and a member of the EN team will send across once the guide is live.

To make things as easy as possible for our entrants, you now have 2 options to submit an entry for the awards; you can either enter yourself or have someone nominate you. 

If you are nominating yourself, remember to include testimonials from clients and colleagues to showcase your full potential to the judges.

Confirmation on whether you've been
accepted onto the scheme will be sent out
by 8 February.

On 26 February at Excel London we will have our official awards ceremony which is free to attend, and you're welcome to invite as many colleagues/friends as you'd like to share a celebratory moment with!

Are you eligible to enter?

This event is open to anyone working for an exhibition company under the age of 30. If you are 30 or under before 17 January, then you can enter or be entered.


When is the deadline?

Entries are open until January 17, 2024


When is the event?

Those who make it into the EN 30underThirty scheme will be invited to our awards ceremony on 26 February, 2025 at Excel London to accept your accolade and celebrate with any colleagues you'd like to invite along. Please make sure you can make this event to accept your award.

 

Can I still enter if I am already a 30underThirty alumnus?

A few years ago, we introduced the "one time only" rule, to make sure there's a fair opportunity for new nominees.  So, if you're lucky enough to have already made our list previously then we cannot accept another entry from you.
