As a Senior Commercial Manager at Nineteen Group, I have over two years of experience in the events industry, specializing in retail technology. I manage and grow the portfolio of exhibitors and sponsors for the Retail Technology Show, one of the largest and most influential events in the retail sector, with a projected attendance of over 102,000 visitors and 400 exhibitors in 2024.
I joined Nineteen Group as a Connect+ Executive in June 2021, after graduating with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Events Management from London Metropolitan University. I quickly progressed to a Commercial Executive role, where I secured multiple contracts with leading brands, such as Amazon, Shopify, and Google, and delivered exceptional customer service. In December 2022, I was promoted to a Commercial Manager role and then to Senior Commercial in December 2023 where I now contribute to the sales strategy, track budget, and liaise with operations for the Retail Technology Show, as well as mentor and support the junior members. I am passionate about creating innovative and engaging events that connect businesses and customers and showcase the latest trends and solutions in retail technology.
